In the following agreement 'You' refers to the host signing up for an account and 'Us' and 'We' refers to Web Hosting Hunt

You agree to use this system solely to provide information regarding your own web host. This service may not be used to promote any other goods or services. Affiliate links are forbidden. You may not use your listing to provide information about any other hosting service other than that for which the account was obtained, owned by yourself or not. You may not draw comparisons between your service and others. You may not use any language in your listing which may offend the users of Web Hosting Hunt (such as swearing etc.)

You agree to provide only accurate information regarding the offering by your company. You agree to keep this information up-to-date and to ensure that users are not mislead by your listing

You agree to hold Web Hosting Hunt CHECK THIS harmless CHECK THIS for any bad publicity, harm to your business or loss of sales arising from your or any other listing on this site. Web Hosting Hunt offers no warranties and accepts no liability for the use of this service.

You to hold full responsibility for your listing on this site. Web Hosting Hunt holds no liability for any copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other legal problem arising from your listing.

You may only sign up for one account for each web host you represent. Multiple accounts for one host are forbidden. If you represent multiple separate hosts, you may sign up for ONE account for each host. You agree that by completing this signup you are legally representative for the hosting company you are listing.

You agree to hold Web Hosting Hunt harmless for any incorrect or fraudulent comments posted regarding your company. Users are free to post their comments on this site and, although measures are in place to reduce incorrect reviews, Web Hosting Hunt does not moderate messages from users. If a host feels there is a problem with a message they should contact Web Hosting Hunt.

We retain the right to refuse an account to any host and to delete or suspend the account of a host for any reason which we deem appropriate. Web Hosting Hunt will not negotiate on refused, deleted and suspended accounts.

We retain the right to change these terms of service at any time. In the event of a change to the terms of service we will notify you through the e-mail account listed in your profile. At this point you will have the opportunity to delete your listing if you do not agree with the new terms.

You have the right to cancel your listing at any time and have your details removed from the database.

By signing up for this service you agree to be bound by the terms of service listed above. You understand that you are signing up to a free service and that Web Hosting Hunt holds no responsibility for the content of the site generated by it's users. You agree that all disputes will be decided by Web Hosting Hunt and that all decisions are final.

At Web Hosting Hunt we take your privacy very seriously. When signing up for this service we require that you provide personal information, including an e-mail address. Web Hosting Hunt will never resell, trade or in other way provide these e-mail addresses to any third parties without your prior consent.

In order to offer you the best service, we will from time to time contact you with service announcements. This is not a newsletter and any newsletters or mailing lists operated by this site in the future will only be sent to you with your prior consent.

In the event of a change of ownership of the site or membership database, this privacy policy will remain in force and any future owners will be required to gain your consent before changing the policy.
